Are you writing a memoir, a solo show, a story for The Moth? Or do you simply want to heal through the craft of writing and storytelling? Are you working on a creative project using personal narratives? Are you craving creative support, inspiration, and accountability? Not ready to jump into a 10-week intensive?
Then this space is for you. We need each other to create—to be witnessed, inspired, and encouraged.

This is not the kind of membership where you’ll only get pre-recorded material and modules. This is real people, in real time, creating real connection.

I will be LIVE with you in the Zoom room—twice a month—alongside other beautiful storytellers from our community, guiding you through your creative process and helping you navigate any road blocks.

Each month, you’ll get:
✨ Two live sessions on Zoom (every other Tuesday, 6 pm)
✨ Weekly writing prompts
✨ A supportive creative community

Session #1 — Creative Jumpstart (2 hours)
(2nd Tuesday of the month @6pm PST)
We’ll begin each session with playful exercises to court the muse, followed by a brief meditation, a community write, and time to share our work. Each week, your writing will be witnessed by a small group of fellow creatives. I’ll also choose one or two people each session to share with the entire group, along with a short storytelling lesson.

Session #2 — Befriend Your Inner Critic (90 minutes)
(4th Tuesday of the month @6pm PST)
Fear is a natural part of the creative process—for all of us. Together, we’ll befriend our inner critics, break through creative blocks, learn self-trust, and build artistic bravery. This is also a great space to share any roadblocks showing up—whether in your creative process or in getting your work out into the world.

First Session April 8, 2025! And will proceed every other Tuesday.

Join in April and lock in a monthly price of $98/month! Starting in May, the cost will go up a wee bit...

You will be charged monthly. Cancel at any time for any reason!

"The ability to feel safe in the vulnerable art form of storytelling in the space that Joyful creates has been a gift, especially as a person of color. The process creates community and healing across all creeds, ethnicities, and beliefs."
